Pangu re-releases the 0.3 untether update for 32 bit devices. This update fixes the issue where the launchd would sometimes "spin" and drain your device battery and CPU. Pangu released this update orginally 10 -12 hours ago however, it caused some devices to get stuck in a boot loop.
However, with this update, its fine and everything should work no issues. Pangu also tells us that 0.4 untether update should be coming in few days to fix the Safari bug.
